This window's artwork was inspired by the 1949 song "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" written by Johnny Marks. The song was inspired by the story of the same title written by Marks' brother-in-law, Robert L. May. Gene Autry recorded the song in 1949 and later went on to record "Frosty the Snowman".
