From Joseph Taylor: "This window comprises images of five different works of medieval and renaissance stained glass from churches around western Europe. 'Gaudete' is a sacred Christmas carol about rejoicing in the birth of Christ from the Virgin Mary, and is believed to have been composed in the 16th century. I wanted this collage to reflect the style of religious artwork the congregants of that time might have been admiring while singing this carol in church."
