149 E. Mulberry St.
From the history of this residence: Frank & Ida Neeb came to Lancaster about 1884 after Frank became co-owner of a quarry east of Lancaster. They hired a Columbus architect to design this house in 1899 - the same architect who designed the Columbus Museum of Art. Sadly, Frank died at age 40, leaving his wife, son and daughter. The house was sold to George Martin, who in turn sold it to McClellan & Nannie B. Martens, who were living at 201 E. Wheeling St.
